Ingredients:
Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Dry Ginger, Asafoetida, Bay Leaf, Clove, Cinnamon, and Salt.

Recipe:
Cook dal until soft. In a pan, heat ghee or oil, add mustard seeds and cumin. Stir in 1–2 teaspoons of SMS Dal Masala and salt to taste, then pour the tempering over the cooked dal. Simmer for a few minutes for the flavors to blend. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
