Return & Refund Policy – Subhash Masala Store

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for incorrect products. We are not responsible for any damage during transit.

  • Any cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.
  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting mmmsgupta@yahoo.com or 9313344789.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and food safety concerns, consumable products (spices, masalas, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or if something is missing from your order, please share clear photos of the package and product for verification.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
