Fry chopped Onion, Tomatoes in butter/ghee till golden brown.
Add SMS Pav Bhaji Masala & Salt (as per taste) and boiled vegetables with a little water ( like Potatoes, Peas, Carrots, Cauliflower ).
Mash it and cook for a few minutes on low flame till they tender.
Garnish with butter and coriander leaves and serve with roasted Pav.
