Mix 250g Beaten Curd with 100g Gramflour (Besan) and 2 glasses of water.
Add 3 spoonful of SMS Kadhi Masala & Salt (as per taste) and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
Add 3 spoonful of hot oil/ghee and simmer till oil/ghee separates.
Add fried Besan Pakoda & Garnish with Kasoori Methi leaves to serve.
