Recipe:
Soak whole black urad dal and rajma overnight. Pressure cook until soft. In a pan, heat ghee or butter, add 2–3 teaspoons of SMS Dal Makhni Masala, tomato purée, and salt to taste. Mix in the cooked dal and simmer on low flame for 15–20 minutes. Add cream or butter for a rich, restaurant-style finish. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
