Fry Onion in Cooking oil/butter.
Add Garlic and Ginger paste with beaten Curd till brown.
Add Mutton/Chicken Pieces and little water to cook till soft.
Add SMS Meat Masala and Salt ( as per taste).
Fry on low flame till gravy thickens. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
SPECIALITY : May be used on ready Meat and Chicken delicacies.
